Our Mission
On a daily and ongoing basis, Meals on Wheels New Hampshire seeks to raise awareness to fight senior hunger, highlight the needs, and create positive, solution-based change for the communities we serve. While services and programs may vary from agency to agency, we are unified in our mission – helping support a healthier community for all.
Our Leadership
Comprised of experienced community leaders, our leadership board embodies a collaborative and strategic approach to issues adversely affecting seniors and homebound adults. Through collective experiences, the board seeks to leverage our shared expertise to create opportunities for the greatest impacts on behalf of those we serve.
Who We Are
Representing agencies serving several thousands of seniors and homebound adults across all ten NH counties, Meals on Wheels New Hampshire seeks to create a safe and healthy environment for those we serve. At the center of all that we do, are clients and their families. We provide healthy, nutritious meals and vital social welfare checks for those homebound certified in need, as well as congregate dining options with social interactions for those who can travel.
Beyond these core services, we work to connect our clients to other vital health and wellness services. Through these connections and collaborations with a broad range of key partners, we are creating a healthier tomorrow for seniors and homebound adults, enabling them to stay safe at home for as long as possible.
